Bibimbap is a very popular dish in Korea. It is a mixture of rice, beef, sautéed or blanched vegetables, then seasoned, and a fried egg, all seasoned with fermented Korean chili paste.
Another format than bowls, simply add hot water to level, close the zip, wait 10 minutes and eat directly from the bag. Enjoy a good bibimbap korean with mushrooms.
