FunCakes piping gel is a transparent gel that can be used to create beautiful effects on your cakes (for example, a water drop or mist effect). You can also add a thin layer of piping gel on top of your cupcakes before covering them with marzipan or sugarpaste. This FunCakes gel can also be used to fix an (embossed) image on your cake. The gel is not visible through the image since it is transparent.

Do you like working with small characters? Here too the piping gel is ideal! Grease the character with piping gel, then cover it, for example, with sugar paste. The sugar paste will adhere perfectly.

The piping gel can also be used to outline designs on your cake. First draw the contours, then color the drawing. The contours will then disappear since the piping gel is transparent. To deposit the gel, you can help yourself with a pastry bag.

Ingredients: glucose syrup, water, sucrose, gelling agent: E406, acidifier: E330, preservative: E202. May contain traces of: soy , milk , sulfur dioxide and sulphites (E220-E228) .
