Japanese udon noodles in a large 111g bowl. Udons are wide and thick wheat noodles that are most often presented with a soy sauce broth ” Kamaage udon ” but there are cold or pan-fried variants. This instant udon noodles recipe is very light and tasty.

Noodles 83%: Wheat flour, potato starch, palm oil, sunflower oil, emulsifier: E322 (contains soya), acidity regulator: E501, E339, E500, green tea extract, coloring: E101
