Tteobokki is a very popular snack in South Korea and is one of the must-try dishes when you go there! They are usually accompanied by a spicy sauce or jjajang sauce (black bean sauce).

Ingredients :
Rice 99.1%, salt, acidity regulator: E330, alcohol.

Preparation :
Rinse before using and add to your soup or soak for 15 minutes in water and use in tteokbokkis.
