Warm up! This microwaveable hot water bottle gives you long-lasting heat to soothe aches and pains thanks to real lavender buds that give off a relaxing aromatic scent. Microwave heating times and instructions for use:

– Remove the insert from the knit/fabric cover and heat in the microwave following the instructions below.

– Do not heat the knitted / fabric blanket.

– After heating the insert in the microwave, it must be reinserted into the knit cover with the velcro securely attached before use.

– Place half a cup of water inside the microwave while heating to aid rehydration. Be careful when removing the cup of water as it can be very hot.

– Make sure that the turntable can rotate freely, that it is clean and free of grease or any object that could cause burns.

– Place the microwave-safe insert on a non-metallic plate and place it inside the microwave oven, making sure to evenly distribute the inside of the insert.

– In case of overheating, allow to come to room temperature and inspect all seams and the condition of the insert.

– Do not use if damaged.

– For 650-800W microwaves, heat for a maximum of 100 secondsn gently turn the insert halfway through heating.

– For 800-1000W microwaves, heat for a maximum of 90 seconds, gently turn the insert halfway through heating.

– Once heated, allow to stand for 30 seconds before use.

Care instructions:

– Not suitable for washing.

– If the product is damaged when hot, allow it to cool to room temperature before disposal.

– Dispose of the product in accordance with local regulations.

– Store in a clean, dry environment away from contamination such as food or cooking oil.

– Make sure the product is at room temperature before storing.
