FunCakes sugarpaste is very flexible, smooth and easy to use due to its fine structure and malleability. It is quite soft and hardens perfectly after use. It is ivory and has a delicious vanilla flavor. Let it sit for an hour after coloring (covered) for best results. Knead it again before continuing. FunCakes sugarpaste is available in different colors.

The satin finish of FunCakes sugar paste allows you to cover a cake, giving its edges a smooth and silky texture. If you want to create shapes, you are sure to get clean, crisp and flawless cutouts. This new extremely manageable sugar paste formula is ideal for home bakers and professionals alike!

With FunCakes sugarpaste you can easily mold or create different shapes and designs. It is also suitable for creating decorations. For 250g of fondant, add a teaspoon of CMC – Tylo FunCakes Powder and/or water if necessary. Knead well before use and spread on a thin layer of icing sugar.

About 500 g of sugar paste are needed to cover a round cake 20 cm in diameter.

The sugar paste should be at room temperature.
Knead the fondant firmly until smooth and elastic.
Sprinkle the work surface with a little icing sugar then roll out the sugar paste using a rolling pin until you obtain an even thickness of 2-3 mm. Rotate the sugarpaste a quarter turn to prevent it from sticking. Small cracks appear on the edges of the sugarpaste when you spread it? Knead it again firmly and repeat the process until the edges are smooth. The sugar paste is then ready to use.

Ingredients: sugar (80%), glucose syrup, vegetable fat (palm kernel, palm), water, humectant: E422, thickener: E415, E466, preservative: E200, acidifier: E330, natural flavor, colour: E150c. May contain traces of: almonds . This product is certified Halal, Kosher D and gluten-free (NL-090-042). FunCakes sugarpaste is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
